Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM) is an ideal technology for the manufacture of prototypes or small series of finished parts. This technology enables parts to be manufactured by depositing extruded layers of thermoplastic polymer, such as ABS, PC, Nylon, ULTEM, etc.
SLS technology is often the best choice for 3D printing. Its finish, material strength and price are often unbeatable. Selective laser sintering is the best option for complex shapes, as no support material is required. Parts are easy to clean and prepare after printing.
Polyjet technology is similar to SLA, but can achieve a finer level of detail. It is even possible to combine materials in the same part.
DMLS lets you manufacture parts directly in metal. Perfect for prototypes or functional parts requiring good mechanical properties. Metal parts made by laser sintering are durable and can be easily machined and polished.
